Bryden Smith

Director - Senior Engineer

Bryden has 17 years’ experience as a civil engineer including 11 years based in the Northern Territory. Bryden has significant experience in undertaking Road Safety Audits, Traffic Impact Assessments for developments of varying sizes as well as undertaking conceptual and detailed design for sealed and unsealed roads, junctions and local area traffic management.

Bryden provides an open, collaborative style and draws upon his experience to guide projects ensuring that you achieve the project outcomes required.

Kurt Faux

Director - Senior Designer

Kurt is a highly proficient civil designer with 12 years' experience in the industry including 8 years in the Northern Territory. Kurt's skill set is diverse allowing him to move effortlessly between design, project management and road safety focused projects.

His attention to detail and work ethic results in a high standard of documentation and an unmatched commitment to meet deadlines allowing you to put your mind at ease knowing your project is in good hands

Oliver Rabaya

Senior Technical Officer

Oliver has 9 years of civil design experience, including 6 years in Northern Territory over a broad range of projects in both urban and rural sectors within the NT.

Experienced in utilising AutoCAD, 12d Model, Civil 3D and AutoTURN. Oliver’s commitment to deliver quality projects and eye for detail results in the team being able to continually deliver quality projects that exceed our clients expectations.
